Welcome to VinylSticker. By accessing and placing an order with VinylSticker, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms and conditions contained in this document.

These terms apply to the entire website and any email or other type of communication between you and VinylSticker.

• All orders must be paid in full before production begins.
• Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
• Payment methods accepted: Credit/Debit cards through our secure payment gateway.
• Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
• Minimum order value is $49.95 excluding shipping.

By submitting designs to VinylSticker, you confirm that:

• You own or have the right to use the artwork.
• The design does not infringe on any copyright or trademark.
• The content is not offensive, illegal, or inappropriate.
• We reserve the right to refuse any design that violates these terms.

• Standard shipping (3-5 business days) and Express shipping (1-2 business days) available.
• Free standard shipping on orders over $199.
• Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on location.
• We ship within Australia only.
• Customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

• All products are quality checked before shipping.
• Returns accepted for manufacturing defects within 14 days of delivery.
• Custom orders cannot be returned unless defective.
• Replacement or refund will be provided for defective products.
