Terms & Conditions
By using Vinyl Sticker services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. We specialise in custom print products, and all orders are subject to minimum quantities, pricing, and production timelines. You are responsible for ensuring your artwork meets our submission guidelines. Any disputes will be governed by Victorian law.
Artwork Approval
All artwork must be approved in writing before production begins. Once production is scheduled, any changes to artwork may incur additional fees or cause delays. We will not proceed to production until written approval is received from the client.
Client Responsibility
Clients are solely responsible for verifying all aspects of their submitted artwork, including spelling, layout, colour, and dimensions. We are not liable for errors present in client-approved files. It is the client's responsibility to provide print-ready artwork that meets our specifications.
Colour Discrepancy
Screen proofs and final printed output may differ in colour due to variations in monitor calibration and the printing process. Exact colour matching is only guaranteed when explicitly contracted in writing and where technically achievable with the specified material and process.
File Specifications
All files must meet our technical specifications, including vector format where required and CMYK colour mode. Files that do not meet these standards may be rejected or may result in reduced print quality. Please refer to our Artwork Submission Guidelines for full details before submitting your files.
Custom Production
All products are custom-made to order and are non-refundable once production has commenced. Orders cannot be cancelled after production has begun. Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects confirmed within 14 days of delivery.
Installation Liability
Any installation of products is carried out entirely at the client's risk. We are not liable for any issues arising from surface conditions, environmental factors, substrate suitability, or the installation process itself. We recommend engaging a professional installer for complex applications.
Copyright & Intellectual Property
Clients must ensure they hold all necessary rights, licences, and permissions for all images, logos, text, and other content submitted for printing. We are not liable for any copyright infringement, trademark violation, or other intellectual property misuse arising from client-supplied artwork.
Privacy Policy
We collect and use personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Australian privacy legislation. By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
Limitation of Liability
Our total liability to any client is limited to the value of the product ordered. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, or damage to reputation.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria. By placing an order, you agree to submit to this jurisdiction.
