Terms of Service
All products are custom-manufactured to order and are non-refundable once production has commenced. Clients are responsible for the accuracy of all submitted artwork. Colour output is produced to industry-standard CMYK tolerances (Delta E ≤ 3). Reprints are available for verified manufacturing defects reported within 7 days of delivery. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

Reprint & Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our production. If a printed item contains a verified manufacturing defect — meaning the output materially deviates from the approved artwork due to a fault on our part — we will reprint the affected item at no charge. Defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. Reprints are not available for errors in client-supplied artwork, colour variation within tolerance, or change of mind.

Client Artwork Responsibility
By approving artwork for production, clients confirm that all content — including spelling, dimensions, colour, and layout — is correct and print-ready. We perform a technical preflight check on every file, but we do not verify content accuracy or design intent. We are not liable for errors in client-approved files. Always review your final proof carefully before approving.
